Do You........
If you answer yes to any of these questions, then the Camanche Lake Community Center is for you!
Who We Are: Since opening in May of 2003, the Camanche Lake Community Center has offered healthy and community-oriented activities for people of all ages. Whether it is after-school art activities, children's dance, bunko games, bingo game nights, educational workshops, or classes and activities for seniors, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
What Keeps Our Doors Open? The community center is a non-profit center for the community. As such we are sustained through a mix of community donations, fundraisers, and grants. We are dependant on volunteers for many of our activities. If you are interested in volunteering, or donating, please call the center at (209)763-2794.
Vision: Camanche will be a safe community where neighbors nurture each other, have a sense of belonging, and feel their needs are recognized and are met.
Mission: The mission of the Camanche Lake Community Center is to create a welcoming environment which offers access to programs and resources that strengthen the community and enhance the quality of life of Camanche residents; a place where the community comes together to meet each others' health, educational, social, recreational, and emotional needs.
No person shall be discriminated against in participating in any ATCAA program or service because of race, color, age, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality or physical disability. Funding for this center provided by: First 5 Amador, United Way, S.H. Cowell Foundation and community donations.
